Nicole Anthony Joins CBRE

CHARLESTON, SC – CBRE announced that Nicole Anthony has joined the retail group as an associate in the Charleston office.

Nicole will be working with Vice President Joyce Beach to increase CBRE’s market share in the retail sector. “The Charleston retail market is strong and Nicole’s experience and retail knowledge will bring strength to our team,” said Joyce.
In the past 18 years, Nicole has served numerous developers such as, The Durban Group, Kahn Development Co, Edens & Avant Realty, and Hull Storey Development, as a leasing representative responsible for over 2 million square feet of commercial assets across the Southeast.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Nicole worked as a Director of Leasing and Property Management for Ziff Properties where she oversaw the daily operations of leasing and property management of the company’s portfolio of office, flex and retail property across Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
