Dana McConnell, Executive Director, Center for Developmental Services

The Center for Developmental Services is a 501c(3) nonprofit with a unique, collaborative model to support children and families who have developmental delays and disabilities.

Their motto is “our doors open many more”. Clients have access to six different non-profits and all the services they offer. This includes:

• • physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy
  • psychology
  • audiology
  • a medically fragile day care
  • legal services
  • early intervention
  • case management
  • family support

CDS serves about 300 children per day, and about 8,000 children every year.
