South Carolina Charities, Inc. (SCCI) is the non-profit foundation of the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by SYNNEX Corporation. SCCI was created in order to showcase the beauty of Upstate South Carolina and the hospitality of its citizens to the world. The BMW Charity Pro-Am brings the Upstate a fun and entertaining week centered around professional athletes and world renowned celebrities. Since 2001, the tournament has distributed more than $13 million to more than 200 charities.
This year’s tournament takes place June 3 – 9 at two locations, Thornblade Club and The Cliffs Valley.
Max Metcalf is a board member of SCCI. He is the Manager Government & Community Relations at BMW Group in Spartanburg.
