North Myrtle Beach welcomes new premium fast casual dining concept with opening of Z’s Amazing Kitchen

Offers Wide Variety of Freshly Prepared Fare and Unique Open Kitchen Atmosphere

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC – A brand new premium fast casual restaurant concept, Z’s Amazing Kitchen, will be opening its doors to the North Myrtle Beach community on Monday, Sept. 14. Located at the entrance of Coastal North Town Center, Z’s Amazing Kitchen will provide guests and visitors with a fast casual, premium dining experience, complete with a flavorful fusion of menu items and an expansive open kitchen layout for added culinary flair. Emphasis will be on freshly prepared, simple, yet flavorful dishes ordered and delivered to tables in 10 minutes or less.

Z’s Amazing Kitchen Founder and CEO Paul Zito, alongside Director of Culinary Operations Joey Mead and their team, have curated a menu that will feature Southern favorites, such as the Shrimp “Not so Po” Boy, as well as a unique variety of salads, lunch combinations, sandwiches, tacos and appetizers infused with flair and priced to please. Various entrees such as Scampi A La Zito are family recipes passed down for over four decades. Z’s Amazing Kitchen also provides vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.

An accompanying drink menu will boast everything from coffee and cappuccino to domestic and seasonal beer selections. For those seeking smoother libations, a wine selection will be available to perfectly complement weekly special menu items. Meals end on a sweet note with fresh baked cookies and assorted mini desserts.

Z’s Amazing Kitchen will offer seating for 70 inside and 30 patio seats, ideal for special events and small meetings over lunch and dinner. The 2,600-square-foot building space boasts a large open kitchen, providing guests a culinary experience unlike any other.

In an effort to source quality products, Z’s proudly serves Harvestland all natural, antibiotic free poultry products and Compart Duroc, all natural heritage pigs that are free roaming and never treated with antibiotics for its house smoked pulled pork. Seafood is sourced from sustainable farms and fisheries. The use of melamine reusable plates, hand dryers in restrooms, and recyclable or compostable carryout containers aid in the reduction of Z’s Amazing Kitchen’s carbon footprint. Fryer oil is also recycled into bio-diesel that is reused in the food vendor’s trucking fleet.

Z’s will be open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
