North Point Station Plaza in Winston-Salem-NC Sold

Columbia, S.C. – July 3, 2007 – Columbia-S.C.-based NAI Avant is pleased to announced that Ken Butler, a member of the firm’s brokerage group, recently brokered the sale of the 104,200-square-foot, 11.5-acre North Point Station Plaza in Winston-Salem, NC. The property was purchased from Winston Salem Northpoint LP II by undisclosed private investors for $2.7 million.
