Northeast Columbia home sells for $2 million

The home is the highest price resale in Woodcreek Farms since 2010.

An “ultra-luxury” home in Woodcreek Farms in northeast Columbia has sold for nearly $2 million.

The 9,000-square-foot home at 8 Beaver Ridge Court, Elgin, SC, sold for $1.96 million. It is the most expensive home to be re-sold in the upscale Woodcreek Farms subdivision since 2010, according to Columbia Consolidated Multiple Listing data.

The sale of the three-story Greek Revival-inspired home was brokered by Columbia’s Yip Premier Real Estate LLC. The firm calls the home “Woodcreek Estate.”

The waterfront estate sits on a nearly two-acre lot on Coopers Lake with 200 feet of shoreline, a private dock and an outdoor kitchen.

The six-bedroom, 10-bath home features dual master suites, a five-car garage, multiple fireplaces, a home cinema room, multiple porches and elevator service.
