October 29, 2015

CHARLOTTE, NC – NRT LLC, the nation’s leading residential real estate brokerage company, announced that Pauline Bennett has been appointed as president of Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® in the Carolinas. With 15 years of real estate experience, Bennett will lead the company’s 16 offices and more than 620 affiliated sales associates in North and South Carolina.

Bennett is an accomplished and experienced leader, with a track record for recruiting top-producing agents, and growing operations and market share. Formerly the managing broker of the Sarasota Downtown office of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, which is also an NRT subsidiary, Bennett has consistently ranked among the top 20 Coldwell Banker branch managers in NRT’s Southeast region. She was named to the prestigious NRT President’s Council for Managers multiple years, and in 2011, was one of only 18 leaders from across the U.S. and Canada invited to participate in Coldwell Banker’s® Regional Advisory Committee.

“Pauline has been incredibly successful at guiding branch offices and sales associates to reach their greatest potential,” said Kate Rossi, executive vice president of NRT’s Southeast Region. “I am continually impressed by her extraordinary insight, inspiring leadership and passion for helping sales associates grow their business.”

Bennett has served in management roles with NRT for six years as the managing broker of offices in Florida and Connecticut. Prior to that, she was an award-winning and top-producing sales associate for eight years. She was named Rookie of the Year in her first year of real estate and was a multi-year recipient of Coldwell Banker awards for top-producing sales associates.

“I began a career in real estate because I, like many agents, wanted to grow my own business,” said Bennett. “What I discovered I loved even more, though, is making a difference in people’s lives. I am passionate about helping new agents achieve success quickly and experienced agents build their business.”

Bennett has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Anselm College and is a licensed real estate broker. She enjoys golfing and is a strong supporter of the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.

Previously, Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® in the Carolinas was led by Regional Vice President Glenn Niere, who has accepted a position with another subsidiary of Realogy , NRT’s parent company.
