“O’ Lighted Night” Light Show in Clinton Gets Rave Reviews

December 14, 2020

On December 3rd the City of Clinton formally kicked off the Christmas season with the lighting of the Christmas tree and the new light show, O’ Lighted Night.  With something for everyone to enjoy, lights bounced up and down and all around the wall the walls and trees surrounding the City of Clinton Municipal building.

The spectacular light show is produced and designed by John Reynolds a multi-Emmy award winning lighting designer who has done work for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Super Bowl.

A few glitches were worked out in the first week and the lights and music show has been going strong every night from 6:00-10:00 pm.  O’ Lighted Night will continue through January 3rd.

Drive by with your windows down or park and walk over and stay awhile. Music and lights fill the air and the shopping and dining opportunities are there for your pleasure.

“We have been overwhelmed with emails and comments from residents and visitors,” said Adele Alducin, Main Street Clinton Manager.  “We have experienced a significant increase in car and foot traffic to the downtown area.”

If you haven’t been to see the light show, you should. It won’t disappoint.
