Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of 221 Dawson Road in Columbia, South Carolina.
Frost Partners III, LLC purchased the 40,058 square foot class A office building from Torchlight Loan Services, LLC for $3,600,000 as an investment.
Brian J. Young, CCIM, SIOR and Laura Harmon of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
