Ogletree Deakins Signs as First Tenant in Bull St. Commons’ First Base Building

COLUMBIA, SC – Ogletree Deakins announced that the firm will be the first tenant to occupy office space in Bull St. Commons’ First Base Building overlooking Spirit Communications Park. The firm negotiated a 10-year lease and will occupy 12,275 square feet on the fourth floor of the First Base Building, which will be the first office building constructed as part of the Bull St. Commons development. The announcement occurred during the Summer In The City breakfast at the Capital City Club.
Ogletree Deakins continues to grow its presence in Columbia since opening its office in 1984. The firm’s new space will be an efficient combination of attorney offices and paralegal and legal assistant workstations, with inviting, open collaborative spaces and tremendous views of the city and Spirit Communications Park.

Ogletree Deakins is expected to move into its new office space in the First Base Building by early 2016.
