Ogletree Deakins Welcomes Shannon Metz to Firm's Greenville Office

GREENVILLE, SC – January 19, 2012 – Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins), one of the nation’s largest labor and employment law firms, welcomes Shannon Metz to the Greenville office as an associate. Metz primarily practices employment law and business litigation. She formerly practiced in Dallas, Texas, where she represented corporate and individual clients in a variety of employment, breach of contract, and tort cases.

Metz is a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as Notes Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. Before attending law school, Metz graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where she majored in English Literature and Political Science and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
