In recent weeks, ORTEC made headlines with the takeover of the software and consultancy companies INOVIA in France and Brightrivers in Switzerland, as well as a contract for representation in Poland and Ukraine.
INOVIA: focus on transport
ORTEC already had an office in Paris, but adding INOVIA’s people, technology and customers will not only strengthen ORTEC’s position in the French market, it will also extend ORTEC’s solution portfolio with sophisticated constraint based programming technology.
Existing INOVIA customers will benefit from ORTEC’s commitment to customer service, significant investments in R&D as well as a wide variety of ORTEC software solutions and professional services. Brightrivers: focus on the process industry
The combination of consultancy by Brightrivers and optimization software and consultancy by ORTEC enables the company to offer the process industry a complete solution for strategic decision-making; for instance, for investments or the design of supply chain and manufacturing networks. In addition, support is offered for strategic decisions regarding the industrial structure, such as the design of best concepts for production and distribution, and the enhancement of the supply chain.
