Pacolet Milliken Announces Heather Juve as Director of Asset Management

SPARTANBURG, SC – Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, Inc. announces the addition of Heather Juve as director of asset management for the real estate division where she will oversee the management and leasing of the company’s real estate portfolio.
“With 20 years in the real estate industry, extensive knowledge of operations and partnership structures, and a diverse background of product type experience, Heather is a great fit to oversee the daily operations of our growing portfolio of commercial assets,” said Clay Adams, president of real estate at Pacolet Milliken.
Juve has more than 20 years of financial, accounting and management experience in commercial real estate; working for investors, developers, and third party managers in the office, retail and hospitality asset classes. Her extensive experience includes corporate and real estate finance, real estate valuation, debt and equity structuring, financial modeling, asset management, banking and cash management, due diligence, financing, internal controls and financial accounting.
Prior to joining Pacolet, Juve served as Senior Vice President, National Director for America’s Retail at Jones Long LaSalle where she led the corporate finance function. In that role, she was responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of the business including its property management, brokerage, and corporate services business lines. In addition, she spent 10 years at the premier international developer, Portman Holdings, serving as a member of senior management where she was responsible for the financial reporting and oversight of the development, management, and investment activities of both the company and its principals. She also spent time as CFO for a small Atlanta developer that specialized in the rehabilitation of historic properties and did independent consulting work throughout the Southeast.
Juve holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Georgia.
