The parks are approximately 10 miles from GSP International Airport and the SC Inland Port Greer. There are currently 800 acres left for industrial development in the parks.
“We are excited to welcome Keurig to our premier Tyger River Industrial Park-North and proud of the pivotal role that our team continues to play in working with the state and local economic development groups to bring new investments and jobs to our community,” said Richard Webel, president of Pacolet Milliken.
“We now have six major manufacturing companies that have chosen to develop their new facility at our parks within the Tyger River Industrial Corridor, collectively bringing thousands of jobs and over a billion dollars in investments to the Upstate,” said Clay Adams, executive vice president of real estate for Pacolet Milliken. “The caliber of the companies that choose to locate within our parks speaks to the strength and quality of the parks we’ve worked diligently to create. First-rate infrastructure and utility services combined with excellent proximity to interstates and other Upstate manufacturers set the Tyger River Industrial Parks apart.”
Electrical service at TRIP-North is provided by Lockhart Power, an investor-owned utility serving the Upstate of SC and a subsidiary company of Pacolet Milliken. Lockhart Power can offer more than 60 megawatts of electric power for users in the park.
