Human resources firm HTI has announced a strategic partnership with PAI Pharma (Pharmaceutical Associates, Inc.) to host a dedicated Direct Hiring Event on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. The open-house career fair will run from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the HTI Mauldin branch office, located at 140 Bridges Road, Suite C.
The event is primarily targeting candidates for full-time, Direct-Hire Packaging Operator roles at PAI Pharma’s large production campus in nearby Greenville. Unlike traditional temp-to-hire arrangements, successful applicants will be brought directly onto PAI Pharma’s corporate payroll from day one.
According to job specifications released by HTI, these entry-to-mid-level packaging roles start at a competitive $21.00 per hour. Positions are situated within a modern, clean, and climate-controlled pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates should possess a stable work history and prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Because the roles involve the secure production of controlled generic oral liquid medications, all candidates will be required to pass a standard criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
