Palmetto Health welcomes Zeid Keilani, M.D., to the Weight Management Center

Palmetto Health announces Zeid M. Keilani, M.D., has joined the Palmetto Health Weight Management Center, where he now practices alongside Dalton Prickett, M.D., and Benjamin Tribble, M.D.
Keilani earned his medical degree from the University of Jordan, Amman, and completed his general surgery residency at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his fellowship training in advanced minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Keilani is board certified in general surgery and received his certificate of Acknowledgement of Satisfactory Training in Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery from the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) in 2013.
Keilani is skilled in advanced laparoscopic surgery including gastric, intestinal, colorectal, spleen and adrenal surgery. He specializes in weight loss surgery including laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding, laparoscopic gastric bypass, laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and revisional bariatric surgery.
