Palmetto Primary Care Physicians (PPCP), the largest independent multi-specialty physicians group in South Carolina, is pleased to announce that D. Zack White, MD, a family medicine physician, has joined their practice at 3700 Forest Drive, Suite 200 Columbia, SC 29204.

Native of Pelzer, South Carolina, Dr. Zack White graduated from the University of South Carolina, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Biology, and graduated from USC School of Medicine with his Doctor of Medicine.
During his Family Medicine residency at Prisma Health in Columbia, he served on the Resident Council as a South Carolina Medical Association Representative, as a resident member of the Patient Safety & Quality Committee and as a GME Program Evaluation Committee member. During his residency, he researched Telemedicine services in Primary Care and strategies to reduce Emergency Department Utilization by Family Medicine Center patients.
In his free time, Dr. White enjoys watching and attending Gamecock sports, cooking, gardening, golfing, traveling with his wife, Courtney, and playing with his daughter, Harper.
