Park Place Office Building in Cayce, S.C. Sold

Columbia, S.C. (July16, 2007) – The Columbia-S.C.-based commercial real estate firm of NAI Avant is pleased to announced that Ben Kelly, CCIM, a member of the company’s brokerage group, recently brokered the sale of the 440 Knox Abbott Drive Park Place office building in Cayce, S.C. The five-story, multi-tenant office building was purchased by Park Place 440 LLC from W.P. Hylton I for $2.85 million.
