The property has been owned by Arnold Family Real Estate since 1963 and has been under contract for student housing on multiple occasions. “Persistence and patience from the Buyer and Seller, combined with a creative tax incentive lead by the City of Columbia allowed this transaction to be completed,” stated Martin Moore, CCIM, SIOR, and Executive Vice President with CBRE|Columbia.

Construction is expected to begin this summer with a completion date in the Spring of 2016.
