Parker Poe helps EuWe Eugen Wexler U.S. Plastics expand Anderson County industrial investment

Attorneys with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP and economic development experts with Parker Poe Consulting have worked with EuWe Eugen Wexler US Plastics Inc. to expand its commitment to the company’s new manufacturing operations in Anderson County. The subsidiary of German automotive supplier EuWe Group will use the $5 million investment to help meet growing demand for plastic interior parts from its facility at the Alliance Industrial Park located off Interstate 85.

The company originally announced in 2015 that it would invest $11 million and create 49 jobs at its first U.S. manufacturing facility at the Anderson site. The new investment comes as the operation is still being prepared for opening in 2017, and will add an additional 29 jobs over the next five years. EuWe serves the top 10 global automobile manufacturers, including its primary U.S. customer, BMW.
