Parrish Little Joins First Citizens as Director of Risk Management

COLUMBIA, SC – March 7, 2008 – First Citizens is pleased to welcome Parrish Little to its team as Director of Risk Management. In this role, he is responsible for directing the risk management program and assisting management and the board of directors in assessing and managing risk activities. Little will be based at the First Citizens Center in downtown Columbia.
Little is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Little’s background includes a great deal of experience in the risk management field. Prior to joining First Citizens, Little worked in a variety of risk management and audit positions at Bank of America. He served as Senior Compliance and Operational Risk Manager, Quality Deployment Executive, and Senior Audit Manager / Audit Director.

Parrish is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and served on its board of directors from 2000 to 2004.
