Parsley & Mint opens second location in Northern Greenville

New locally-owned Mediterranean eatery opens near Furman University

Parsley & Mint, a new fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, has officially opened its second location in Northern Greenville at 5052 Old Buncombe Road in the University Square shopping center. With a focus on flavorful and healthy ingredients that are locally sourced, Parsley & Mint offers dine-in options as well as takeout and catering.

“We are excited to open our second location and bring Parsley & Mint to Northern Greenville,” said Paul Ryll, owner. “Parsley & Mint is designed to provide fresh and delicious Mediterranean cuisine that customers can enjoy with family and friends, whether in one of our restaurants or their own homes. We look forward to serving the Upstate community in this new location.”

Parsley & Mint offers build-your-own bowls and salads that incorporate items such as Mediterranean citrus chicken, housemade falafel, and lamb meatballs as well as housemade dressings and spreads including a variety of hummus options, tzatziki, and spicy harissa dressing. A number of signature menu items are also available such as the “Cyprus”, which features lamb kofta served with white rice and parsley, hummus, Mediterranean slaw, diced tomatoes, pickled onions and garlic feta dressing.

In addition to catering, Parsley & Mint offers family meals for four to order online and pick up in the restaurant. Customers can also enjoy a special selection of retail items including housemade spice blends, hummus spreads and dressings.
