Pathwise Invites Community to “Pack the Parking Lot” in Support of Special Olympics USA Games Athletes

Pathwise is proud to invite the community to join in celebrating and supporting local athletes as they prepare to represent Laurens County on the national stage

at the 2026 USA Games.

The community send-off event, “Pack the Parking Lot,” will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 1:30 PM in the side parking lot of the Pathwise campus located at 364 Evergreen Skills Road, Laurens, SC 29360.

This special celebration will give community members the opportunity to meet the athletes selected to compete in the 2026 USA Games, cheer them on, and show their support before they depart for Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Games will take place June 20-27,2026, bringing together thousands of athletes from across the nation for a week-long showcase of athletic achievement, inclusion, and teamwork.

Last year, Pathwise proudly announced that a team of local athletes had been selected to compete in the national competition. For these athletes, participation represents more than competition—it is the opportunity of a lifetime to travel, build lasting friendships, develop confidence, and proudly represent Laurens County on a national stage.

“Pack the Parking Lot” is open to everyone, and community members are encouraged to attend, bring signs, and help create an unforgettable send-off for these remarkable athletes.
