Pereira Bakery Expands Upstate Footprint with New Location in Mauldin

Popular local staple Pereira Bakery has officially expanded its Upstate presence, opening the doors to a highly anticipated second location at 1054 E. Butler Road in Mauldin.
The expansion marks a major milestone for the authentic Colombian bakery and restaurant, which has operated a wildly successful flagship location on East Lee Road in Taylors for years. Founded by Dora and Miguel Morales, who brought decades of baking experience from New York and Colombia, the business has built a loyal regional following for its traditional, scratch-made offerings.
Local food influencers and community members have already begun celebrating the grand opening on social media. The new storefront features the brand’s signature colorful branding alongside window displays welcoming guests with “Open Now” signs.
Known for bridging the gap between a traditional bakery and a full-service casual restaurant, Pereira Bakery’s expansion brings a distinct flavor profile to the Mauldin area. The menu features a vast selection of traditional Colombian pastries, fresh-baked breads, and savory items, including:
