Perimeter Security Systems increases hiring as growth accelerates

CHARLESTON, SC – Perimeter Security Systems (PSS), the Charleston S.C.-based security company, is poised for another surge of growth as it continues to scale and expand its reach further across the country. Perimeter Security Systems (www.theftzapperfence.com) is a leading provider of monitored, electric security fences to commercial and industrial customers.  The company’s marquee product, TheftZapper, is becoming an industry favorite for a complete theft deterrent and monitored alarm system.

Since partnering with WSB & Co in January, PSS has had a record growth year, which has led to a rapid increase in personnel.  To support the continued expansion in its customer base, Perimeter Security Chairman Badge Stone announced the addition of Julie Smith as Controller in July and Colin Ricks as Operations Manager in August.

Colin Ricks joins PSS with strong proficiencies in operations management and leadership.  He served as a Captain in the Marine Corps where he specialized in artillery operations and holds an MBA from Wake Forest University. “I have tremendous confidence in Colin’s ability to scale our operations nationwide while continuing to offer best-in-class customer service,” added Stone.

Perimeter Security Systems has also invested heavily in its service department to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction as its customer base widens.  George Krembrenk, one of PSS’s newest service technicians, joined the firm in June.  “It is exciting being a part of a high-growth company.  We have a high quality product that is in demand and we know how to deliver it to our customers to assist them with their security needs,” said Krembrenk.
