Phereby Derrick joins Colliers International as Graphic Design Specialist

Colliers International South Carolina announced the addition of Phereby Derrick, who has been hired as the firm’s Graphic Design Specialist. In this role, Derrick will work closely with the Director of Marketing to produce print and digital materials that will enhance the statewide marketing platform. In addition, she will be responsible for developing and innovating new design products and processes.
Derrick is a graduate of Clemson University, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She has extensive experience in graphic design, marketing and business development for a variety of companies, including an engineering firm and an architectural firm. This experience gives her added insight into commercial real estate and property marketing. A member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, Derrick is active in the community, including participation in Light the Night, donating to the Charleston Animal Society and PETS Inc. and as a lifelong member of Trinity Episcopal Church.
