Phillips Staffing names bilingual Marketing and Recruiting Manager to strengthen talent outreach

Phillips Staffing has named Sarai Meléndez as its Multicultural Marketing and Recruiting Manager, a new role created to strengthen how the firm reaches Upstate workers and connects them with employers. Phillips Staffing is one of South Carolina’s largest and fastest-growing staffing, recruiting, and HR services firms.
In this new role, Meléndez will lead recruitment marketing and community outreach for Phillips Staffing throughout the Upstate. Her main goal is to connect more job seekers with opportunities at the company’s client businesses. She has a strong background in marketing and recruiting, and is recognized for building trust in the communities Phillips Staffing serves. As a bilingual professional, she will also help the company reach more Spanish-speaking job seekers, who are an increasing part of the Upstate workforce.

Throughout her career, she has focused on building meaningful relationships that connect individuals and families with opportunities, resources, and pathways for professional growth.
