It’s the intersection of politics, media and technology, and whateverone’s opinion of its impact, one thing is sure—it’s a game changer. Howhas the media of the 21st century affected politicians and thepolitical landscape? Is local media becoming irrelevant due to theconglomeration of media outlets? What are the hazards of immediateinformation?

These questions and more will be explored in two days of events onMarch 17 & 22, 2011, which begin a three-part series on Politics andMedia. All events will be held at the Younts Conference Center atFurman University and are free and open to the public.
