Company Investing $500,000 To Relocate To A Larger Facility In Williston, S.C.

WILLISTON, SC – Precision Metal Fabricators, Inc., a firm that specializes in the manufacturing of metal and fabricated metal products, is expanding its existing Barnwell County operations. The company is investing $500,000 to relocate to a larger facility, creating 19 new jobs in Williston, S.C. over the next five years.

Established in 1990, Precision Metal Fabricators is a homegrown, service disabled veteran-owned business, serving a wide variety of industry sectors. In an effort to meet the demands of its growing customer base, the company has decided to relocate its Barnwell County operations to a larger facility.

Located at 201 State Street in Williston, the 75,000-square-foot facility is nearly triple the size of Precision Metal Fabricators’ existing plant. To achieve the expansion, the company will update the new facility’s electrical system, as well as its office and workspaces, installing new airlines, fiber optics and servers. The move is expected to take place in January 2016, with hiring for the new positions anticipated to begin in the second quarter of 2016. Alan King.

“South Carolina continues to lead the nation’s manufacturing renaissance, and today’s announcement by Precision Metal Fabricators reinforces that notion.
