Presbyterian College Announces 2026 Home Football Schedule With Five Games Set at Bailey Memorial Stadium
June 3, 2026Presbyterian College has officially announced start times for all five home games of the 2026 football season, as the Blue Hose prepare to open what promises to be an exciting chapter in Clinton.
The upcoming season marks the debut year for head coach Matt Rahl, who guided the program’s offensive line during one of its most historic seasons. The Blue Hose will kick off the 2026 campaign on Thursday, Aug. 27, when they host UVA Wise at Bailey Memorial Stadium with a 7 p.m. start, one of two scheduled night games at home this season.
PC’s next home appearance comes Oct. 3 against Pioneer Football League opponent St. Thomas, with a 1 p.m. kickoff. One week later, the Blue Hose host arch-rival Davidson in the annual Carolina Border Clash, with the Battle for the 1919 Cup set for a 5:30 p.m. start.
Homecoming falls on Halloween this year, with Butler visiting Bailey Memorial Stadium for a 1 p.m. contest on Oct. 31. Presbyterian closes out its home schedule on Nov. 21 against Dayton, also at 1 p.m.
The 2026 season represents the 114th year of Blue Hose football and follows perhaps the greatest campaign in program history. Last fall, PC reached 10 wins for just the third time in school history, produced 11 All-Conference honorees, and set a school record with 2,124 rushing yards and 26 rushing touchdowns. Rahl, then serving as offensive line coach, played a central role in that record-setting ground attack before being elevated to head coach.
The Blue Hose will enter the new season riding an active eight-game home winning streak, the program’s longest since 1980.
Season tickets for the 2026 season are on sale now at bluehosetix.com. Individual game tickets will be available later this summer.
