Prestigious commercial real estate award goes to Vitré Ravenel Stephens for 2022 sales

Vitré Ravenel Stephens received the 2022 Charleston REALTORS®️ of Distinction Award in the Commercial Real Estate category. This award recognizes the top 10% of producing Charleston REALTORS®️ in 2022.
Vitré was celebrated on March 28th with a luncheon at the Charleston Gaillard for her success with over 100 deals completed in 2022, consisting of commercial sales and leasing.
Vitré is an established broker focusing on retail sales and leasing in South Carolina with 16 years of experience. In her current role as Partner, Retail and Investment Services, for Harbor Commercial Partners, she excels in representing her clients, including shopping center owners, commercial landlords and investors, as well as local, regional and national Tenants. Prior to getting into Commercial Real Estate, she worked for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC where she sharpened her focus on client service.
She has served as the CID (Commercial Investment Division) President for Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, Board Member for Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and various other industry groups. Throughout her career in Commercial Real Estate, she has been CoStar Power Broker and is honored to have received the Realtor of Distinction award five times.
