ProHealth Center Welcomes Tanner Koon, APRN, FNP, to Their Growing Practice

ProHealth Center is excited to welcome Tanner Koon, APRN, FNP to their team. With his compassionate care and holistic approach to health, Koon is a natural fit for the practice. He will lead the primary and urgent care division, working in collaboration with Dr. Snider, DC, DABCI, ABAAHP, who oversees the chiropractic and integrative health services. Together, they will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care focused on whole-body wellness.

A licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Koon brings a wealth of experience to ProHealth Center. Originally from Western North Carolina, he and his family now call the Upstate of South Carolina home. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Western Carolina University in 2019 and spent four years as an emergency department nurse before completing his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) degree in 2023.
While Koon has always loved the fast-paced nature of emergency medicine, his passion for holistic, integrative healthcare led him to ProHealth Center. He is eager to connect with patients and help them achieve optimal health and wellness. Koon will work closely with Dr. Tozzi, the supervising physician.
Practitioner Koon says: “I am passionate about the work of ProHealth Center. Health is not simply the absence of disease, and I am eager to work with patients to seek optimal health to ensure that they feel the best they have felt in years. The ProHealth team is enthusiastic about their mission; I am excited to join them and begin serving the Laurens community!”
Outside of work, Tanner enjoys spending time with his wife, Allie, and their daughter, Lydia. His family is actively involved at Palmetto Hills Presbyterian Church in Simpsonville. In his free time, he loves playing golf, being outdoors, cooking, and reading.
