Public invited to open house for GVL2040

November 4, 2019

The City of Greenville will host its second open house for GVL2040, the comprehensive planning process, on Wednesday, November 13 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at East North Street Academy (1720 E North St). The drop-in style meeting will be informal and community members are invited to stop by any time during the open house. Attendees will have an opportunity to speak with the project consultants, City staff and members of the GVL2040 citizen steering committee to share their thoughts on issues such as transportation and affordable housing and learn about trends that have been shaping Greenville.

In the meantime, the public is encouraged to participate in a new online survey designed to focus on the community issues identified as top priorities in the first survey, which was conducted in July. The new survey is available at https://publicinput.com/GVL2040-Survey2 and the deadline to participate is Friday, November 22.
