PurePower Technologies® names Anna Cothran general counsel and secretary

PurePower Technologies, ® a leader in engineering and remanufacturing of diesel fuel injectors and turbochargers for OEMs and the aftermarket, has appointed Anna Cothran as general counsel and secretary.
Reporting to Jerry Sweetland, president and CEO, PurePower Technologies, Cothran is responsible for providing legal guidance, executing financial agreements, corporate governance and compliance, direction and oversight to corporate business development, commercial transactions and employment matters.
“Anna brings a wide-range of legal expertise to our senior leadership team at a crucial time as we continue to expand our operations,” said Sweetland. “Her knowledge and proficiency in corporate law and governance will help position PurePower Technologies for continued growth and profitability.”
Cothran joins PurePower with a diverse and extensive practice background, largely including corporate law/governance, civil litigation and community association representation.
She holds a juris doctor degree from Loyola University, New Orleans College of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola University.
