Rachel Anna Selected to Leadership Greenville Class 43

The Greenville, SC Chamber of Commerce has selected Nexsen Pruet Attorney Rachel Anna for the next class of Leadership Greenville Class. Participants for 2016-17 comprise the 43 group to take part in the program.

In announcing the class, the Chamber wrote that it will help future Upstate leaders take “an intensive look into the issues affecting the area.”

“Leadership Greenville is the Chamber’s premier 10-month leadership development program designed to help develop informed, committed and qualified leaders for Greenville County…. The program has graduated over 2000 alumni since 1973, many of which have served in key positions, including school board, city and county council seats, members of Congress, judges and business leaders.”

Rachael Lewis Anna practices in Nexsen Pruet’s Business Litigation Group, and is co-manager of the firm’s ESI Group. Rachael’s practice is focused on commercial litigation, antitrust and unfair competition, government investigations, ESI issues, and health care. Rachael is experienced defending mergers and acquisitions before the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and state antitrust authorities.
