Rare, Buildable Queen Street Lot Purchased by Hume Killian

CHARLESTON, SC – June 26, 2012 – JenniferDavis, owner of Domicile Real Estate Brokerage, announced the sale ofthe property at 70 Queen Street, one of the few remaining buildable lotsin downtown Charleston, to Hume Killian, owner three area art galleriesincluding the nearby Wells Gallery at Queen and Meeting Streets. The7,000 sq. ft. property, adjacent to Poogan’s Porch and Husk restaurant,is zoned as General Business. Currently the property is being used as asurface parking lot with 26 spaces. Killian said that he has noimmediate plans to develop the property.
