Growing Architecture Firm’s Move Opens Prime Charleston Location

Yet, McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture’s growth will be another company’s gain, as the firm is leaving their 121 Calhoun Street location for The Offices at Morrison Yard, the newest anchor point for business operations at the base of the Ravenel Bridge.  

“We’re looking forward to the new community connections and expansive opportunities moving to Morrison Yard will bring our firm, but also really excited to see who takes advantage of this Calhoun Street location–because it’s a great one and served us well,” said Paulette Myers, Charleston Office Director for McMillan Pazdan Smith. The firm plans to be settled in their new Morrison Yard offices by early Spring 2023.   

The building McMillan Pazdan Smith is vacating is three floors, over 7,450 square-feet, with all the charm one would expect from an office location only steps from some of Charleston’s most popular restaurants, shops, hotels and historic attractions.
