RCB incorporated modern finishes to enhance the facade, entry way, interior atrium lobby and common areas throughout the building. The company installed LED lighting and replaced the roof, adding skylights in the atrium for natural light. RCB also made upgrades to the HVAC system for greater energy efficiency. Outside, RCB used local plants to improve the landscaping of the building and added an additional 180 parking spaces for Tenants.

The 70,000 square foot property, acquired by RCB in December 2015, is located just off the Ashley Phosphate Rd. exit on I-26. Positioned within a half mile of seven major hotels and countless amenities, 7410 Northside’s accessibility is a major feature of the property. Currently, nine tenants occupy the office building with approximately 14,000 RSF available for lease. The property is being leased and managed by Colliers International.
