Local real estate investment group, RealOp Investments, has hired Heather Stafford as the new property manager.

Stafford graduated Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh, North Carolina with an Associates Degree in Interior Design. She then went on to pursue a career in real estate by becoming a real estate broker in North Carolina.

“Heather’s background in property management is very impressive,” said Barry Gruebell, Chief Operating Officer of RealOp Investments. “We know she is going to bring a lot of great ideas to the table and help the company continue to grow throughout the Southeast.”

Stafford’s background includes working as the property manager for Avison Young, formerly Hunter and Associates, from April 2013 until February 2019. While there she handled daily property operations, building maintenance, capital improvements, vendor oversight, budgeting, financial performance and client reporting.

“I’m thrilled to take my experience managing properties into this new role at RealOp,” said Stafford. “The company has been expanding rapidly the past few years and I am more than ready to take on this new position.”
