RealOp Investments sells three assets totaling $13.365M

Leading commercial real estate investment firm, RealOp Investments has sold three properties in South Carolina and Georgia.
The three properties totaling $13.365M in sales and 82,849 square feet are:
Shoppes At 72 Bypass – 474 Bypass 72 NW, Greenwood, South Carolina
The two tenant 5,711-square-foot Greenwood retail center was fully leased at the time of sale at the end of August. The asset was successfully sold for $2.165 million to Shoppes Greenwood LLC. The seller was represented by Sands Investment Group, and NAI Benchmark represented the buyer.
Godley Station – 1000 Town Center Blvd., Savannah, Georgia
In 2016, RealOp purchased the property that included two medical office buildings — one 10,010 square feet and the other 9,970 square feet. The property sold on October 11 for $4.65 million to Embark Properties VII LLC, who was represented by Marcus & Millichap. The seller was also represented by Marcus & Millichap.
Pelham Place – 3093 S Hwy 14, Greer, South Carolina
The 57,158-square-foot retail center was 97 percent leased at the time of sale on October 31. The property included smaller restaurants and retail along with the possibility for development of the anchor tenant space. The property sold for $6.55 million. CBRE represented RealOp in the transaction, and the buyer, Linden Hall Development LLC, was represented by NAI Earle Furman.
