Rebuild Upstate adds new Chief Operations Officer

March 31, 2021

David Scheibenhoffer is adding another notch to his belt as he joins Rebuild Upstate to serve as Chief Operations Officer.

A native of Pennsylvania, Schiebenhoffer ventured to the warm South after graduating from Drexel University with a degree in engineering. His experience in the technology sector, providing hardware and software solutions across a variety of industries including medical, process automation, aerospace, financial, energy and telecommunications, is a unique asset to his role as Chief Operations Officer.

Prior to relocating to the Upstate, Schiebenhoffer worked with his church to settle Bosnian war refugees in the United State in the late 1990s. He also has been involved with the Big Brothers program and participated for many years in the Amigo’s Day home remodel initiative in Dallas.

“Dave is bringing a wealth of invaluable knowledge and experience to the Rebuild Upstate team,” said Chris Manley, Rebuild Upstate’s founder and President/CEO. “He has already hit the ground running helping to carry out the mission of Rebuild Upstate.”
