Mount Pleasant Business Enterprises, Inc. leased 1,100 square feet of retail space at 1081 Johnnie Dodds Blvd., Mt. Pleasant, SC. Nick Tanana and Brady Dashiell handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
Savage Brothers, Inc. leased 4,000 square feet of industrial space at 100-108 Dorchester Manor Blvd., North Charleston, SC. Philip Owens handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
