Record Crowds at City Center Partnership’s Spring Main Street Marketplace

COLUMBIA, SC – May 26, 2009 – City Center Partnership is pleased to announce since the start of the Main Street Marketplace on May 1, more than 2,000 attendees have been present at the event every Friday. In addition, more than 40 vendors have participated who offer a mix of fresh produce, fine art, photography, handmade and unique jewelry and crafts, specialty gifts, fabulous food, and much more.  Live entertainment is scheduled every week. The Spring Main Street Marketplace is held every Friday in May and June from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the corner of Main and Hampton Streets in downtown Columbia.  For more information, please contact Alicia Morgan at 779-4005 (ext.) 2042.
