Recovery Centers of America at Greenville welcomes two new directors

Recovery Centers of America, a leading provider of comprehensive addiction treatment services on the East Coast, in the Midwest and in the South, is pleased to announce the hiring of Tricia Gordon as the Director of Outpatient Services and Programming and Emily Hinds as the Director of Admissions for the Greenville facility.

For the last 16 years, Tricia Gordon has been a passionate advocate for those in recovery. She holds supervisor-level licensure as a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and certification as a Clinical Supervisor (CS) for addiction therapy. Gordon also served on the Board of Directors for Addiction Professionals of South Carolina (APSC) as Region 1 Representative for nearly 6 years.

“Working with the population we serve here at RCA Greenville is more than a job for me, it is a calling, a vocation,” stated Gordon. “I am truly blessed to be a part of RCA’s mission of saving a one million lives, and we are doing it each and every day here in Greenville!”

In addition to Gordon, RCA also announces the hiring of Emily Hinds. Hinds has served in the Substance Abuse Treatment field since 2010, holding positions ranging from clinical to senior leadership in the 14 years since. Prior to RCA, Hinds worked for a national multi-site treatment organization as a Counselor, Program Director, Director of Operations, and Director of Training and Special Projects.

“My mission in life is to help people feel confident, competent, and supported in all that they do,” stated Hinds. “I’ve known since I was 15 years old that I wanted to serve those suffering from addiction and their families, and I’ve spent my career working to make treatment more accessible, more understanding, and more supportive for them.”
