Recruiting Solutions’ branch manager Caroline Tracy selected for Leadership Columbia

Caroline Tracy, Columbia branch manager of Recruiting Solutions, has been selected as a member of the Leadership Columbia Class of 2017. Leadership Columbia is a civic leadership program, facilitated by the Columbia Chamber. The program aims to develop greater social and community awareness and create opportunities for growth and involvement for emerging leaders in the Midlands. The Class of 2017 will be the 44th class since the program’s founding. New members of Leadership Columbia participate in a 10-month program that includes monthly classes, a group retreat, a special project, and community enrichment activities. Candidates are chosen based on an application and interview that examines their civic involvement, aptitude for leadership, diversity of perspective, and commitment to the Columbia community.
Tracy is the Columbia Branch Manager for South Carolina owned staffing and recruiting company Recruiting Solutions. Tracy joined Recruiting Solutions in 2013 as a Recruiting Assistant, and was promoted several times before becoming the Branch Manager of the company’s Columbia office in the beginning of 2016. During her time with Recruiting Solutions, she has specialized in recruitment for the company’s Office Professional division, and spearheaded the planning of multiple company events and initiatives.
Tracy is an active member of several other organizations in the Columbia community, including the Junior League of Columbia, the Young Leaders Society for United Way, the Society for Human Resources Management, and River City Chapel.
