Recruiting Solutions Branch Manager Caroline Culbertson graduates with Leadership Columbia

Recruiting Solutions is proud to announce that Caroline Culbertson, Columbia Branch Manager at Recruiting Solutions, graduated last week as a member of the Leadership Columbia Class of 2017. Leadership Columbia is a civic leadership program facilitated by the Columbia Chamber. The program aims to develop greater social and community awareness, and creates opportunities for growth and involvement for emerging leaders in the Midlands. Prior to graduation from the program, the Class of 2017 completed a 10-month program that included monthly leadership classes, a group retreat, community enrichment activities, and a special project. This year’s project focused on the community beautification of the Lincoln Street tunnel.

Culbertson graduated from Wofford College in May 2013. Following her graduation, she joined Recruiting Solutions as a Recruiting Assistant and was promoted several times before becoming Branch Manager in early 2016. From the very beginning of her career with RS, she led by example and was a natural choice for selection to further develop her leadership skills.

Culbertson is an active member of several other organizations in the Midlands community, including the Junior League of Columbia, the Young Leaders Society for United Way, the Society for Human Resources Management, and River City Chapel.
