Reedy Property Group welcomes David Rosenberg as Vice President of Strategy

Reedy Property Group, a leading real estate and property management firm, announced the appointment of David Rosenberg as Vice President of Strategy. With more than two decades of experience in accounting, finance, and real estate development, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

A graduate of Clemson University with degrees in Accounting and Real Estate Finance, David is a Certified Public Accountant in South Carolina. For the past decade, he has owned and operated District Development, a firm specializing in ground-up development projects. Notably, David has overseen the completion of more than 20 successful Dollar Tree locations across the Carolinas. He has also developed sites for AutoZone, AT&T, and various regional retailers, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted leader in the industry.

In addition to his impressive career in development, David has contributed to the academic community by serving as an instructor in Clemson University’s Master of Real Estate Development program. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

David’s appointment is part of Reedy Property Group’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership team and enhance its strategic focus as the company continues to expand its presence in the real estate industry.
