Registration open for Annual Training 2026: strategies, solutions, and inspiration for South Carolina’s changemakers

What does it take to create meaningful impact in today’s rapidly changing environment?

That question will be at the center of the Protech Annual Training 2026, Presented by Ritedose and Powered by SC Thrive, that will take place October 19-20 at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort. The event will bring together more than 300 professionals to explore practical solutions, fresh perspectives, and innovative approaches to strengthening South Carolina communities. This year’s theme, Mission Possible: Meeting the Moment to Drive Impact, focuses on turning bold missions into achievable outcomes and equipping leaders with the tools, partnerships, and ideas needed to meet today’s challenges.

The two-day conference will feature nationally recognized speakers, interactive learning opportunities, and more than 20 breakout sessions designed to help participants strengthen organizations, support teams, and improve outcomes for the people and communities they serve.

Among the conference highlights is former NFL athlete, mental health advocate, and keynote speaker Andre Fluellen, founder of Beyond the Game Impact. In his powerful presentation, You’re Not Broken, You’re Responding: The Hidden Side of High Performance, Fluellen will explore how pressure, identity, and performance affect leaders and professionals, while offering practical strategies for building resilience, improving wellbeing, and sustaining high performance without sacrificing personal health.

Attendees will also hear from Caroline DeLongchamps, Director of Patient- and Family-Centered Care at MUSC Health, during a featured conversation focused on creating community-centered solutions that improve individual and family wellbeing. Her insights will explore how organizations can build more responsive systems, strengthen community trust, and place people at the center of decision-making to achieve better outcomes.
