Renewable Water Resources Distributes 2012 Annual Report to the Community

GREENVILLE, SC – January 9, 2013 – As part of its public education program, Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) released its 2012 Annual Report to the Community. This 12-page insert contains current information on the organization, its financial status and its educational campaign programs, and was distributed through local publications this month. 

This year’s report features best practices from the Effective Utility Management Primer and ReWa’s current implementation plans, highlighting the significant strides made within the Product Quality attribute. ReWa has advanced technology and operations to produce several renewable by-products derived from wastewater treatment. The report also discusses the recent success of ReWa’s Inflow & Infiltration Reduction Program thanks to the collaboration from Upstate subdistricts.
 
ReWa utilizes the annual report as an informative, yet cost-effective communication to the public, as the 2012 report was printed and distributed through various local publications for a cost of less than $0.23 per piece.
