Rhino Concessions brings on summer interns

GREENVILLE, SC – Rhino Concessions, a food service provider for several Greenville County parks and sister company to FunnelDelicious, has brought on two marketing interns for the summer.
Allie Buckelew, a graphic communications major at Clemson University, is focused on promoting FunnelDelicious in the Greenville community. Her knowledge of graphic design, as well as her energy and work ethic, are valuable assets to the Rhino team. She will spend the summer developing FunnelDelicious’ social media presence, revamping its interior and contributing to signage and operations at both FunnelDelicious and the waterparks that Rhino Concessions serves.
Buckelew is originally from Cartersville, Georgia, and has been a baton twirler at Clemson since her freshman year.
“The opportunity of being involved with the Greenville community and helping the brand evolve has contributed to countless advances in my skill set,” Buckelew said. “Getting to innovate and see ideas turn into reality doesn’t feel like work.”
Turner Waddell is a public relations and French double major at the University of Alabama. This summer, she will focus on customer service and operations at the recreation locations that Rhino serves in Greenville and Easley, as well as Rhino’s social media presence. Waddell will be involved in surveying customers in order to facilitate improvements, promoting Rhino’s refillable mug program at the waterparks and expanding the number of healthy, LiveWell-approved options available from Rhino Concessions.
“With Rhino Concessions, I am empowered to challenge myself and do my best work because of the responsibilities I have been given,” Waddell said. “I am invested in them because they took the time to invest in me.”
Waddell grew up in Easley and enjoys working for the Capstone Agency, a student-run integrated communications firm at The University of Alabama, and volunteering with children in her free time.
